1. Overview
At Cosmetisse Beauty®, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic and skincare products, returns are handled carefully to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.
Please read our policy before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔️ Product is unused and unopened
- Must be in original packaging
- Safety seals must be intact
- No signs of opening or tampering
✔️ Return request is made within 14 days
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️ Product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we will replace it or issue a refund.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetic/skincare products
- Products missing original packaging or seals
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
- Gift cards, digital content, or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse or storage issues (heat, freezing, etc.)
Once a cosmetic product has been opened, we cannot restock or resell it for hygienic reasons.
4. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the product and issue (if damaged/defective)
- Explanation of your request
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
5. Return Shipping
A. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Cosmetisse Beauty® will cover all return shipping costs.
B. For customer-initiated returns (unused/unopened items)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email update regarding your refund status.
Refunds are issued to:
- The original payment method used at checkout
Refund Processing Time:
- 5–10 business days after inspection
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time
Deductions (if applicable):
- Shipping fees (unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged)
- Restocking fee if applicable (rare; only for special cases)
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:

- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
If you want to exchange for a different product or variant, it will be treated as a return + new order.
8. Cancellations
Before the order ships:
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After the order ships:
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or products are missing:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos of the packaging and the product
- We will send replacements at no extra cost
10. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Local taxes
These charges are non-refundable.
Returned international packages marked “Refused” or “Unclaimed” may incur deduction of shipping and international handling fees.
11. Final Sale Items
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items purchased with limited-time promotional codes
- Bundles or kits sold as a set
- Gift cards
