If you are reaching for your products at least once a day, we recommend you should set your refill cycle for every 2 months. You can always change the frequency easily through your subscription portal. It’s up to you – we won’t tell you what to do.

How do I know when my next order is coming?
You can log into your account to view your next delivery window. You will also receive an email and text message alert a few days before your subscription is filled so you can stay updated every step of the way. We don’t like surprises either.
